Thank God for I was able to find the back-up cd of our presentation.

The video was shot sometime in 1998 and I’m only 7 years old during that time! This is one of my very first exposure as a journalist / interviewer whatever you call it. If you’ll watch the video, I was actually reading my cue card for I have no patience in memorizing things specially those times. Sorry for the squeaky voice for I was only 8 years old then, okay? I wasn’t really the one assigned to interview but most of my cousins refused to accept the task for they are quite shy, I think. So I was brave enough to accept the task. I’ve been wanting to be a news reporter / journalist since I was a kid and through the interview thing I was able to fulfill it even in a short period of time. I remember when I was around 10 or 11, I would cover the Bonifacio Day Celebration since we live near the Bonfacio Monument here in Caloocan City. My mom would hold the camera while I do the reporting in front of a lot of people. I wish I was able to save all my recorded reports before. But since our video camera was destroyed I wasn’t able to play the old tapes and capture them on our computer.

First on the list would be the bad fall of Miss USA during the evening gown competition. Good thing, she did a great comeback! And that was a really bad fall! I hope she didn’t injure herself. Another Miriam Quiambao? With SLOW MOTION!

Should I consider the audience of Miss Universe 2007 as one of the bloopers? They’re so wild that they kept on booing Miss USA while she’s answering the question. HMMMMMM. BAD AUDIENCE!

Second, when Miss Universe 2007, Zuleyka Rivera, loses control of the Mikimoto Tiara while she’s placing it on Miss Japan – the new Miss Universe! I hope the crown did get broken or what.
